THE HERBERGER THEATER CENTER ANNOUNCES NEW CHAIR OF ITS BOARD OF DIRECTORS & FOUR NEW MEMBERS FOR 2024-2025 SEASON

PHOENIX, AZ – July 9, 2024 – The Herberger Theater Center is pleased to announce the appointment of Victoria Williams as Chair of its Board of Directors. Williams is Manager Talent Acquisition Partner – US Campus Recruitment for American Express. She will serve alongside the 2024-2025 slate of officers: Mike Parrish (vice chair), Stephanie Quincy (vice chair), Alan Augenstein (treasurer), Dawn Hart (secretary), and Jenny Holsman Tetreault (immediate past chair).

In addition, four new board members were elected: Philip Kim, Signature Wealth Concepts; Erika Rubio, Downtown Phoenix Inc; Bob Fingerman, Phoenix Convention Center & Venues; and Bryan Darby, Vice President of Strategic Technology.

Philip Kim is Managing Director and co-founder of Signature Wealth Concepts. He is a graduate of Cornell University in Ithaca, NY, where he majored in Hospitality and Business. As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, Kim upholds his fiduciary responsibility by embracing a team approach. Within his community, Kim has been featured as guest speaker in a wide variety of venues and is actively involved with various Phoenix Boards and Committees to help improve the community through volunteerism.

Erika Rubio currently serves as Senior Community Engagement Manager at Downtown Phoenix Inc. She holds a B.S. in Psychology with a minor in Women and Gender Studies from Arizona State University, where she focused on intersectionality. With over a decade of experience in the place management industry, Rubio’s career is marked by a deep commitment to integrating the arts into urban development by fostering vibrant, creative communities.

Bob Fingerman has more than 25 years of industry experience managing events and public assembly facilities in both the public and private sectors. He currently serves as Assistant Director at the Phoenix Convention Center & Venues. Fingerman received his bachelor’s degree from Pennsylvania State University and holds a master’s degree in Public Administration from Northern Arizona University. Prior to joining the Phoenix Convention Center, he spent most of his career managing performing arts centers and festivals. Fingerman is recognized as a Certified Venue Executive (CVE) by the International Association of Venue Managers and is committed to providing the highest level of industry standards to all our clients and attendees.

Bryan Darby serves as Vice President of Strategic Technology Initiatives with QTS, charged with developing and executing complex cross-functional business, operations, scalability, connectivity, real estate, cloud computing, and client-impacting strategies to produce positive outcomes. As an Industry Practitioner and Board Director, Darby has built a reputation as a cross-functional leader and trusted C-Suite advisor with over 20 years’ experience in Data Center Operations, Real Estate, Digital Infrastructure, and Business Strategy. Over the years, he has steered very context-dependent company-wide strategic initiatives to drive long-term value at owned, leased, and out sourced Data Centers for startups, SMBs, and large enterprise organizations.
