3rd Annual Mariachi & Folklórico Festival

March 7, 2026

Presented by the Herberger Theater Center and C.A.L.L.E. de Arizona

Join us for the 3rd Annual Phoenix Mariachi & Folklórico Festival, proudly presented by C.A.L.L.E. de Arizona in partnership with the Herberger Theater Center on Saturday, March 7, 2026, at 7:00 PM. This unforgettable evening celebrates the vibrant music and dance traditions of Mexico with a star-studded lineup featuring the Grammy Award-winning Mariachi Los Camperos, widely regarded as one of the finest mariachi ensembles in the world. With roots in the state of Jalisco and a legacy shaped by the legendary Nati Cano, Los Camperos has elevated mariachi to the grandest stages, captivating audiences around the globe. Their music carries dignity, soul, and generations of tradition that continue to inspire.  Adding visual splendor to the night will be the talented dancers of Ballet Folklorico Quetzalli-AZ, known for their colorful costumes, authentic choreography, and powerful storytelling through movement. Additional performers and surprises will round out a night that honors heritage and community in the heart of downtown Phoenix

Acompáñanos en el 3er Festival Anual de Mariachi y Folklorico de Phoenix, presentado con orgullo por C.A.L.L.E. de Arizona en colaboración con el Herberger Theater Center, el sábado 7 de marzo de 2026 a las 7:00 PM. Disfruta de una noche inolvidable que celebra la música y danza tradicional de México con un elenco estelar encabezado por el galardonado Mariachi Los Camperos, considerado por muchos como uno de los mejores mariachis del mundo. Con raíces en el estado de Jalisco y un legado forjado por el legendario Nati Cano, Los Camperos han llevado el mariachi a los escenarios más prestigiosos del mundo, con una trayectoria llena de alma, dignidad y profundo amor por la tradición. El escenario se llenará de vida con la energía vibrante de los bailarines de Ballet Folklorico Quetzalli-AZ, reconocidos por sus coreografías auténticas, trajes coloridos y danzas que honran nuestras raíces y costumbres. Ragtime, A Theatrical Concert Experience

April 24 – April 26, 2026

Presented by the Herberger Theater Center in collaboration with Arizona Musicfest

Winner of four Tony Awards in 1998, Ragtime follows three fictional families in pursuit of the American Dream. Based on E. L. Doctorow’s novel, and celebrated for its soaring musical score filled with ragtime, blues, jazz and show tunes, Ragtime, the musical, offers a moving portrait of America in the early 20th century.

This production is the second collaboration between Herberger Theater Center and Arizona Musicfest, and it will feature guest Broadway stars, some of the top musical theater performers of the Valley, and the Musicfest Pops Ensemble, under the direction of Musicfest Resident Artist Josh Condon, with stage direction by Mark Stoddard.

Radio Recall

Radio Recall is a dynamic musical experience that celebrates some of the greatest songs and songwriters from the past 60 years. This show, featuring powerhouse vocalists, Broadway veterans, and stars of Andrew Lloyd Weber’s 50th Anniversary Tour of “Jesus Christ Superstar” Aaron LaVigne and Jenna Rubaii, combines the energetic spirit of rock anthems with intimate acoustic performances and storytelling. Through historical storytelling and reimagined performances of iconic hits (including music by Queen, Carole King, Foreigner, Tina Turner, Lady Gaga, The Beatles, and more), Radio Recall brings you back to the first time you ever heard the songs you know and love.

Parking Options

Discount Parking at Arizona Center (Most Affordable)
Purchase your parking pass from the Herberger Theater’s Box Office or online (Click Here) and park at the Arizona Center Parking Garage for only $6.00! Located at 401 E. Fillmore St.. Valid Monday-Friday from 5pm – 4am and all day on Saturday and Sunday. Guests do not need their parking pass until exiting the garage. Click here for directions.
Chase Parking Garage (Nearest in Proximity)
Located at 160 E. Monroe St., the Chase Tower Parking Garage is directly across 2nd Street from the Herberger Theater. Usual Rates: $4 per 30 minutes - $28 maximum cost ($36 for lost entry tickets). These rates can vary on popular event nights in downtown Phoenix. The Herberger Theater Center does not currently validate parking for the Chase Tower Parking Garage. Click here for directions.
Taylor Street Garage (formerly known as 200 EVB Garage) (The Straight Shot)
Located at 460N N. 3rd St., Taylor Street Garage is a 1 block straight shot down second street from the theater. Usual Rates: $3 per 30 Minutes - $16 maximum cost. The Herberger Theater Center does not currently validate parking for Taylor Street Garage. Click here for directions.
Street Meter Parking (Living on the Edge)
There are a limited number of street meter parking spots available in the downtown area. Parking is generally $1.50 per hour meters allowing for continuous parking at 30 minutes – 4 hours at a time. Please read the individual meters for details on what length of time it offers. Meters accept most debit and credit cards as well as quarters, dimes and nickels as payment. The Herberger Theater Center does not manage or maintain these metered parking spots nor do we issue the tickets for expired parking; however expired parking is enforced by Phoenix Police (receiving a ticket for parking at an expired meter would make this the most expensive parking option).

Ride Sharing (Uber/Lyft)

Ideal Dropoff Location
Guests being dropped off by a rideshare service such as Uber or Lyft can let the driver know to drop them off on the south side of the Herberger Theater on Monroe St. in the passenger loading area directly in front of the theater.

The Spotlight Bar
Open 60 minutes prior to performances, the Herberger Theater Center welcomes guests to enjoy unique, event-inspired, and handpicked beverages, snacks, and offerings from our in-house experience, The Spotlight Bar! These concessions are available for sale through the end of intermission for most performances.

An Evening with Nick Cartell & Friends

Broadway star and Phoenix native Nick Cartell returns home for a heartfelt and humorous evening of music and memories. Best known for his powerhouse run as Jean Valjean in Les Misérables—with over 1,000 performances and counting—Cartell takes a break from the tour to share songs from his debut album, spanning Broadway, Disney, jazz, and more. Joined by special guests, he’ll reflect on his roots in Phoenix, his journey from the Herberger Theater stage in West Side Story to national tours and Broadway, including Jesus Christ Superstar and Scandalous. Don’t miss this one-night-only celebration of talent, storytelling, and hometown pride!
