In Steve Martin’s wild adaptation, The Underpants, a simple wardrobe malfunction ignites a full-blown comic frenzy. When Louise’s underpants accidentally fall during a royal parade, her husband Theo panics about public humiliation — but the mishap suddenly makes their quiet apartment the hottest destination in town. Suitors, poets, and eccentrics come crashing into their lives, each more absurd than the last, turning domestic life into a whirlwind of flirtation, farce, and social satire.
