The Herberger Theater invites event planners to book our outdoor Pavilion Stage and Plaza space.
Pavilion
- Usually 20’ deep by 36’ wide created with multiple 4’ x 8’ platforms
- Basic audio equipment including 4 wireless handheld mics, 13 inputs available & 4-5 outputs; additional wired mics as inventory permits
- Static stage lighting
- Audience size variable from 60 – 100 chairs
- Quick change tents set up SL and SR for client use
- Optional accessibility ramp for stage right; 3’ long, 31” wide
- Utilized October to May for our Free First Friday and Performance Pop Up events
Plaza
- Newly enhanced patio and plaza for open air gatherings
- Massive area with artificial turf on East side of theater with easy access to Phoenix Convention Center
- Indoor concession bar with a large service window for outdoor areas
- Sculptures by renowned Arizona artist John Waddell grace the plaza
- In-house catering services available
